At Ajazz Keyboard, we stand behind the quality of our mechanical keyboards and peripherals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the keyboard in its original packaging, including all keycaps, cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
